As 2025 comes to a close, I find myself less interested in tallying accomplishments and more drawn to honoring what this year asked of us, and what we became in the process.
This was not just a year of growth for Milford Med Spa & Wellness.
It was a year of depth.
Of alignment.
Of leadership, learning, and soul.
A year where the practice didn’t just expand outward, but rooted more deeply inward.
Growing the Glow Guild
This year, our team evolved in powerful ways. We welcomed new members into the Glow Guild whose presence strengthened both our clinical offerings and our client experience.
Elizabeth Juarez joined us as an esthetician, allowing us to expand into services like waxing and spa enzyme facials, bringing more softness, ritual, and skin health into our care model. Nevaeh Cortez stepped into the role of Front Desk Client Success Partner, anchoring the client experience with warmth, organization, and genuine connection from the very first hello.
Our existing team continued to grow in ways that mattered. Ashley Fox earned her certification as a Menopause Coach, deepening our education-first approach to hormone care and sexual wellness. Dawn Prancuk completed Reiki II, expanding our integrative offerings and honoring the nervous system as part of healing. Diana Greenia, APRN and Nicole Rogucki, APRN completed advanced education in men’s and women’s hormone management, further strengthening the clinical foundation of our hormone programs.
Education is never separate from care here; it is the care.
Building a Voice & Sharing Wisdom
2025 was also the year Milford Med Spa found its voice more fully.
We launched Wisdom Drop Wednesday, a weekly rhythm of education, reflection, and truth-telling from The Alchemista. We introduced our weekly email newsletter and officially began our blog, creating space for long-form education, nuance, and perspective that doesn’t fit neatly into social media boxes.
We also stepped into a new visual and narrative identity, rebranding Milford Med Spa with The Alchemista and our Glow Guild, naming what had always been true: that this work is about transformation, not transactions.
Expanding Clinical Care with Integrity
This year, we expanded our clinical offerings thoughtfully and intentionally.
We introduced PRFM treatments for under-eye rejuvenation, skin restoration, and hair restoration. We began accepting health insurance for women’s hormone evaluations and ongoing care, lowering barriers and increasing access. Dana Harden completed extensive hands-on training with Galderma-verified trainers and directly with The Alchemista, expanding her expertise to include Sculptra and dermal fillers.
We added Botox savings to our facial memberships to support long-term, preventative care. We expanded functional treatments using advanced Emsculpt NEO settings for injury recovery, muscle strengthening, and improved function. And through our partnership with Southern Connecticut State University’s CHAMP Center, we began offering biometric testing and body composition analysis, bringing data-driven insight into wellness and performance.
Even as costs rise everywhere, we remained committed to accessibility, continuing to offer Botox at $10 per unit. Because care should not be a luxury reserved for the few.
In 2025 alone, our clients left 223 five-star Google reviews, a reflection not of perfection, but of trust, consistency, and genuine care.
Showing Up for Community
This year asked us to show up, not just as a business, but as neighbors.
We supported Carly during her fight with stage IV breast cancer through community fundraising. We organized a food gift card drive for a client living with a rare disease when access to food became uncertain. We proudly served as a main sponsor of Manifest Beauty Fest for the third year in a row and sponsored the Milford Regional Chamber’s Bridal Expo.
We co-hosted a community screening of The M Factor at the Milford Arts Council, creating space for honest conversations about menopause and modern hormone care. The Alchemista became a founding member and partner of Milford City Lifestyle Magazine, appearing on her first magazine cover and publishing her debut feature on perimenopause. She also appeared on her first podcast with DJ Sonja Denyse, expanding conversations around embodiment and women’s health.
We partnered with local businesses, supported LGBTQ+ organizations, donated to youth-focused causes, and continued to invest in Milford, New Haven County, and Fairfield County, not as a marketing strategy, but as a value.
A Culture of Learning
Behind every offering is a team that refuses to stop learning.
This year, Alison earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. Nicole returned to school to pursue her Doctor of Nursing Practice. Logan returned to school for Accounting, strengthening the infrastructure that supports our care. Our team attended countless trainings, workshops, and conferences, learning from peers and leaders across the field.
Growth here is not optional. It’s cultural.
