At the heart of Milford Med Spa & Wellness is The Alchemista , Dr. Courtney Holmes, DNP, APRN (she/her), a visionary nurse practitioner whose philosophy transforms medicine into soul-centered care. As board-certified Adult Nurse Practitioner, clinical director, and founder, Courtney blends rigorous medical expertise with intuitive insight, guiding clients toward radiant health, confidence, and embodied well-being. Rooted in a foundation of philosophy from Smith College and advanced clinical training from Johns Hopkins University and Quinnipiac University, The Alchemista seamlessly interweaves science, artistry, and compassion in every aspect of care. Her clinical mastery spans injectables, bioidentical hormone therapy, body sculpting with EmSculpt Neo, microneedling, PDO threads, and integrative wellness modalities, all delivered with grounded precision and an alchemist’s touch.

Ashley Fox, LPN (she/her) is a Licensed Practical Nurse and an integral member of the Milford Med Spa Glow Guild. She provides clinical and procedural support for medical aesthetic and wellness services under provider supervision, blending precision, presence, and patient-centered care. Ashley’s areas of focus include medical weight management, SkinPen® microneedling, PDO smooth threads, IV infusions, and hormone-based care. As a certified menopause coach, she is especially comfortable guiding clients through conversations and care related to sexual wellness, helping them feel informed, supported, and empowered throughout their hormone care journey. Grounded in evidence-based practice and thoughtful education, Ashley supports each client’s transformation with safety, intention, and the Alchemista philosophy of whole-person vitality.

Dawn (she/her) is one of our most knowledgeable and experienced on the Glow Guild, specializing in customized facials, body sculpting, and skin consultations. She brings both knowledge and personal experience with many of our treatments, helping clients choose what’s best for acne, aging, dryness, dullness, or large pores. Dawn also provides non-provider Med Spa Consults — the perfect first step if you’re curious about treatments but unsure where to begin.

She also loves helping clients relax with scalp, décolleté, and shoulder massage as part of our spa facial experience.

Aesthetic Nurse, Certified Menopause & Nutrition Coach
Kelly Cahill, LPN (she/her) is a Certified Menopause Coach and Certified Nutrition Coach whose greatest passion at Milford Med Spa is supporting clients through weight loss, perimenopause, menopause, hormone changes, fatigue, body composition shifts, and the many transitions that can come with midlife.
Kelly brings a calm, personable, and deeply supportive presence to her work. She helps clients feel heard, encouraged, and cared for while offering practical education, steady accountability, and compassionate guidance along the way.
In the treatment room, Kelly provides IPL treatments, SkinPen® microneedling, combination IPL + microneedling treatments, and IV infusions. She is known for her gentle approach, attention to detail, and ability to help clients feel comfortable and confident throughout their visit.
Whether she is supporting someone on a weight loss journey, guiding them through menopause, or helping restore skin radiance with IPL and microneedling, Kelly brings warmth, skill, and genuine care to every client experience.

Advanced Aesthetic Injector & Surgical Nurse Practitioner
Nicole Rogucki, APRN (she/her) is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner. She specializes in medical aesthetic treatments and is highly trained and experienced in carrying out dermal filler, neuromodulator, PDO thread lifting, Kybella, chemical peels, IV therapy, dermaplaning, and microneedling procedures. She provides all injectables treatments at Milford Med Spa and creates personalized medical grade skin care treatment plans. Nicole provides medical spa consults to develop a treatment plan specific to your goals.
Nicole earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Sacred Heart University in Connecticut, where she was awarded membership in Sigma Theta Tau, National Honor Society for Nursing. She completed the CT Acupuncture Certification Program. Nicole brings with her over 20 years of experience as a registered nurse in the operating room, and has several years of experience providing body procedures including CoolSculpting, CoolTone, and EmSculpt Neo.
In addition to working with us, Nicole is a surgical nurse practitioner with New York Bariatric Group. She will be adding BHRT services at Milford Med Spa in the near future.

Advanced Aesthetic Injector
Dana Harden, MSN, NP-C, APRN (she/her) is a board-certified Adult Nurse Practitioner, specializing in medical aesthetic treatments. She is experienced and trained in procedures such as neuromodulators, dermal fillers, Sculptra, microneedling, and body sculpting.
Dana earned her Bachelor of Science from Mary Washington College in Fredericksburg, VA. Realizing that she wanted to go into the healing arts shortly after, she moved to Asheville, NC to study herbal medicine, massage therapy, and eventually nursing. All of these modalities laid the foundation for the type of practitioner Dana wanted to become and helped shape the practitioner she was to become. After being a cardiac nurse for many years, her thirst for knowledge and advancement lead her to Quinnipiac University to get her Masters of Science in Nursing and start practicing as a Nurse Practitioner. She has been providing internal medicine/primary care for over ten years and specialized in aesthetics since 2021, blending both her passion for science and love of art. Having studied art from an early age, she developed a love of beauty through drawing and painting the human form.
In her free time, Dana loves spending time outdoors with her family in the garden, in the woods, and on the water, going to live music and having dance parties with her husband and 5 year old son. And, there is nothing better than a spontaneous backyard gathering with family and friends!

Diana Greenia, MSN, APRN (she/her/ella) is a board-certified Adult Nurse Practitioner specializing in hormone care for women and men, medical weight loss, and integrative wellness.
Diana has completed specialty continuing education in hormone care and brings a thorough, safety-focused approach to every patient she sees. She takes time to listen carefully, review each patient’s history and labs, and create care plans that are personalized, thoughtful, and medically grounded. Her work includes support for perimenopause, menopause, testosterone optimization, metabolic changes, fatigue, weight shifts, and medical weight loss using evidence-based options such as Contrave, semaglutide, and tirzepatide.
Diana believes true wellness includes the body, mind, emotions, and spirit, and helps patients feel heard, supported, and cared for throughout their journey.

Michele Bissenden, RN (she/her) brings more than 30 years of nursing experience to Milford Med Spa, with a strong clinical background in endoscopy, medical-surgical nursing, orthopedics, rehabilitation, infection control, and patient-centered care.
At Milford Med Spa, Michele provides neuromodulator treatments, SkinPen® microneedling, and IV infusions. Her years of experience as an endoscopy nurse make her especially skilled and confident with IV therapy, where precision, safety, and patient comfort matter deeply.
Clients often feel immediately comfortable in Michele’s care. She has a calm, reassuring presence and a thoughtful approach that helps each person feel safe, supported, and well cared for throughout their visit.

Alison Barstein (she/her) is a Life Coach, Operations Lead, and an essential part of the heart behind Milford Med Spa. With a background in psychology, client relations, and personal development, Alison brings a deeply thoughtful, grounded, and compassionate presence to everything she does.
As a life coach, Alison supports clients who are navigating growth, transition, burnout, confidence, relationships, purpose, and the desire to feel more connected to themselves. Her coaching style is warm, intuitive, practical, and rooted in helping people feel seen, supported, and empowered.
Behind the scenes, Alison helps keep Milford Med Spa flowing with care and intention. She supports operations, communication, scheduling systems, client experience, and team coordination, helping create the beautiful, organized, emotionally attuned environment our clients feel when they walk through the door.
