Every journey begins with an in-person comprehensive medical evaluation by one of our Nurse Practitioners.

✧ Step 4: Ongoing Care & Medication Pricing
Your weight loss journey does not end after your first prescription. Ongoing care is how we help you stay safe, supported, and moving toward real, sustainable results. Medical care is required in 10–12 week cycles ($447 per cycle, approximately $149/month)
With Ongoing Medical Care, you can expect:
- About every 3 months, meet with our nurse to review progress, side effects, and tolerability
- Dose adjustments based on your response and goals
- Medical oversight from our nurse practitioners for your safety
- Continued support as your plan evolves over time
Medication Pricing:
- Medication is prescribed based on your current weekly dose (mg)
- Supply covers approximately 10-12 weeks (as outlined in the chart for your dose)
- Once a vial is punctured, it should not be used longer than 28 days from the date of first puncture
- Medication is shipped directly to your home with temperature-controlled packaging and required supplies included
- GLP-1 medications are dispensed through Strive Compounding Pharmacy and shipped directly to patients
