At Milford Med Spa & Wellness, we offer customized medical weight loss programs featuring Semaglutide, Tirzepatide, and Contrave® with nurse practitioner oversight, ongoing nursing support, and convenient home delivery for injectable medications.
Every journey begins with an in-person comprehensive medical evaluation by one of our Nurse Practitioners.

Semaglutide
- GLP-1 agonist that reduces appetite, slows digestion, and supports insulin balance
- Weekly injection administered at home. Our nurses provide self-injection education, so you feel comfortable.
- Initial 10 mg medication package: $198.95
- Includes medication, temperature-controlled shipping, syringes, and injection supplies
- The length of time the medication lasts varies according to the prescribed dose and any dose adjustments
Tirzepatide
- Dual GLP-1 + GIP agonist for enhanced appetite control and metabolic support
- Weekly injection at home. Our nurses provide self-injection education, so you feel comfortable.
- Initial 20 mg medication package: $183.95
- Includes medication, temperature-controlled shipping, syringes, and injection supplies
- The length of time the medication lasts varies according to the prescribed dose and any dose adjustments
Contrave®
- Oral therapy combining bupropion + naltrexone
- First Month: $199
- Effective as a standalone treatment or as an add-on to augment GLP-1 therapies
- Additional Benefits of Bupropion (Contrave component):
- FDA approved to treat seasonal affective disorder (seasonal depression)
- FDA approved to help people quit smoking
- May provide added support for clients navigating mood shifts or nicotine dependence during weight loss
✧ Step 3: Medication Delivered to Your Home
Injectable medication is dispensed by Strive Compounding Pharmacy and shipped directly to your home in temperature-controlled packaging.
Your medication package includes:
- Prescribed medication
- Temperature-controlled shipping
- Syringes and required injection supplies
Medication supply duration varies. How long your medication lasts depends on your prescribed weekly dose and whether your dose changes during treatment.
✧ Step 4: Twelve Weeks of Medical Care and Support
Safe, effective medical weight loss involves more than receiving a prescription. Our required medical-care program provides 12 weeks of prescribing, clinical oversight, monitoring, and nursing support for $447.
Your 12 weeks of medical care includes:
- Prescription management by a nurse practitioner
- Nurse practitioner clinical oversight
- LPN visits for progress monitoring, support, and safety
- Review of treatment response, side effects, and medication tolerance
- Dose recommendations based on your progress and clinical needs
- Education, encouragement, and accountability
- Nutrition-focused support from an LPN who is also a Certified Nutrition Coach
- Coordination with your nurse practitioner when questions or concerns arise
- Side-effect management: If nausea occurs, an APRN may prescribe ondansetron, the generic form of Zofran®, when clinically appropriate after reviewing your symptoms, health history, medications, and potential contraindications.
Additional prescriptions are not automatically provided and are based on the APRN’s clinical judgment. Pharmacy cost and insurance coverage for ondansetron may vary.
Understanding Your Total Price
Your total purchase price has two separate components:
- Medication package: The prescribed medication, temperature-controlled shipping, syringes, and injection supplies. The price is determined by the amount of medication required for your weekly dose.
- Medical care: $447 for 12 weeks of nurse practitioner prescribing and oversight, plus LPN visits for ongoing support and safety.

Monthly payment options
Medication and 12 weeks of medical care are purchased together. Qualified patients may apply to divide the total into monthly payments through Cherry financing.

When you reach the weight-loss goal established with your Milford Med Spa care team through our home-delivery medical weight-loss program, you’ll receive a $200 Milford Med Spa credit to celebrate your achievement.
Your credit may be used toward eligible spa services or retail products, allowing you to continue investing in your confidence, wellness, and transformation.
The $200 goal credit may not be applied toward medical weight-loss care or medication, has no cash value, and is subject to program eligibility and applicable terms.
